Some very good advice was given and he was very efficient in giving her vaccinations and micro chip, would highly recommend this vets.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Diane Wootton2024-11-28All went well with Skye's Pre Op.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.David Carroll2024-11-28We are new customers with Pawsome Vets although throughout our married lives we have experienced around half a dozen surgeries. Initial impressions are very favourable, polite and efficient customer facing reception and a vet willing to spend time explaining things and with a genuine understanding and sympathetic approach with nervous DELBOYS CASTRATION Me and my wife were nervous and apprehensive about having the procedure done, but classic behavioural issues were causing us problems that, fingers crossed should go away or get better, we even cancelled the first clinic . The staff at Pawsome vets are so kind and understanding, with no pressure everything was explained to us, and come the day of the opp they phoned with an update just after the opp. Then phoned again to give us a pick up time. Of course Del was rather sorry for himself and was sleepy, I’m sure he took it better than I would.! Extra pain relief and his little pajama suit we chose over the standard cone was fitted. The sutures look very neat indeed and today less than 24 hours later he is as bright as a button, eating well, the hardest part now is making sure he doesn’t do steps or jumping up for a while. Thanks and well done we are very greatfull Delboy went for his post op assessment Monday, and everything is going great, he’s eating and is full of pep! Already the benefits of being castrated are showing and once again the vet and staff were brilliant, I honestly believe that this is the best veterinary surgery/clinic in this area. We have been given further advice for the coming week of his post op care and we know professional advice is to hand. I’m glad we decided to have the post op coat come romper suit instead of the plastic collar, for a few pound more it’s made it much easier to stop Delboy licking the surgery site.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Craft Station2024-11-26Our cat Mango has been visiting Pawsome vets since he had a blocked bladder , they have been brilliant with him . The vet we’ve been seeing is Sergiu and he has been fantastic , he has done various tests to get to the bottom of Mangos problems. And we feel he really cares about the patient and its not just about taking your money All the staff make u feel welcome and are all lovely . Highly recommended 😍Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Stephen Thorpe2024-11-24Lovely place great service friendly staff and vet was very helpfulTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Jackie Gaskell2024-11-24Convenient location with parking.
