Staff was very friendly made me feel at ease as I was very anxious about leaving her, they didn’t rush me. Staff stuck to their word and rang me to keep me informed of how she was. When I picked my dog up the actual vet was amazing talked me through everything. Not once did I feel as though he was rushing, all staff from the receptionist to the vet was spot on. I took my dog AJ on Saturday and the vet and receptionist was absolutely brilliant the vet was very gentle with him and answered a few questions we had and the receptionist helped me get a pet plan sorted out for him I am 100% glad I have transferred him and my two rabbits to them I would definitely recommend them to everyone

They’re very thorough and take time to explain everything you need to know .. they’re all really very lovely and super friendly.  When I’ve taken any of my pets to be seen I always leave highly satisfied with the care and treatment given … I highly recommend them if you want the best for your pet .
