First time I’ve visited paw some vets and I was really happy with the service I received from walking through the door to leaving after my appointment. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming and the vet I saw ( can’t remember his name) was lovely , very patient with my dog as she’s a rescue and very weary of men but he took his time to get to know her , nothing was rushed and he was very informative more than my old vets as they were just money oriented they were a fraction of the price I would of Paid there . We’ve been bringing our dog, Rose, here since she was a pup. We couldn’t be more grateful for the care and compassion they’ve shown. Unfortunately after a broken leg, which the practice took amazing care of rose during her stay, she passed away from an undiagnosed illness. Every visit, whether routine or more urgent, has been met with professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for animals. The team have always taken the time to explain everything clearly and have gone above and beyond to make sure Rose felt comfortable and well looked after. The whole set-up inspires confidence that your pet will be looked after as the first priority, yet is reasonably priced.
