Pawsome vets staff are lovely, my dog hates going to the vets and gets very stressed and aggressive once they try to examine her, i cannot praise the staff enough for how they deal with her because its never easy, yet its done with kindness and humour which takes some of the stress out of the situation The vets are very thorough and always explain things so you understand whats happening, and theres usually a message the following day checking on your pet following procedures, which i always appreciate. The reception staff and nurses are always really friendly, nothing seems like its too much trouble.
